How do I deposit?
  1. Log into your account
  2. Select the “Deposit” tab (top left of your page under the Marshalls World of Sport logo).
  3. Select your preferred deposit method
  4. Follow the instructions on screen.
  5. This will take you to your deposit page giving you the following options:
Which deposit methods do you offer?

How long does it take for my deposit to reflect in my account?
  • Deposits will be updated as soon as they reflect in the Marshalls World of Sport bank account. Once the deposit has been deposited, you can send us an email with your proof of payment or send a payment notification from our website.

WITHDRAW

How to withdraw your winnings?
  1. Log into your account
  2. Select the “Account” tab at the top of your page
  3. Select “Banking”
  4. Select “Withdraw”
  5. Provide your banking details and select “Update”
  6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and proceed
  7. Additional FICA verification may be require
How long does it take for my money to show in my account after I requested a withdrawal?
  • Payments are done from Monday – Friday and the cut off time is 11h30. Should a request be made after this time it will be done with the following day's batch of payments
  • Please note that we process payments from Nedbank, therefore if you bank with a different institution it will take up to 2 workings days to reflect from the day the payment is processed by Marshalls World of Sport.
  • If the withdrawal requested does not reflect in your account within 48 hours, please contact our helpline on 08600 776678, and we will put you in touch with our accounts department.
  • *REMEMBER that you need to send through a copy of your ID in order for your withdrawal to be approved.

Your FICA Documents will also need to be in order.

How do I update my banking details?
  1. Log into your account
  2. Select the “Account” tab at the top of your page
  3. Select “Banking”
  4. Select “Bank Account Details”
  5. Fill in your details and select “Update”
How do I query withdrawals?

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can withdraw?
  • You can withdraw any amount above R50.
What are the different options available to me when I want to withdraw from my account?

What does it mean your bet is pending acceptance evaluation?
  • Pending bets refers to bets that have not yet been resulted. Once we have processed the result for that specific market if the bet is a winner, then the clients account will be updated with the winnings.
